Transwestern Brokers Long-term Expansion for Giant

SAN FRANCISCO-Transwestern has brokered a long-term lease for an additional 13,000 square feet in San Francisco’s prestigious Waterfront Plaza to accommodate an additional expansion by Giant Creative/Strategy LLC, a rapidly rising marketing communications agency specializing in the healthcare industry. The added space at 1700 Montgomery Street now makes Giant the Waterfront Plaza’s largest tenant, occupying a total of nearly 40,000 square feet.
