MIAMI—Terra Group has broken ground on Grove at Grand Bay, the new luxury residence project located in historic Coconut Grove. More than 90% of the units in the North Tower have sold in less than one year.

Pedro Martin, Terra Group's chairman, CEO and founder, is developing the project with his son, co-founder David Martin. The twin towers will offer waterfront views of Sailboat Bay and the marina. Martin is boldly declaring that Grove at the Bay will set the bar for future developments in the city.

“Since Grove at Grand Bay launched, we have sold more than $250 million worth of inventory, a figure that shows buyers' eagerness to become a part of this exciting new wave of design,” Martin says. The units are priced from $3 million.
