LAS VEGAS-Though the retail real estate industry isn't seeing as many store openings as it did before the recession hit, one category that is looking for space is the restaurant sector. Jersey Mike's Sub's, with plans to open about 185 units over the next 12 months, is no exception. We spoke here recently at the RECon show with Hoyt Jones, president of the company, and he talked about:
