Lynd Selected to Manage Apartments at Steel Ranch

LOUISVILLE, CO-The Denver office of Lynd has been selected by Golden-based Confluence Companies to manage the North Main Apartments at Steel Ranch now under construction and two more communities in the planning stages. The agreements cover 578 units. “We chose Lynd because simply put, they know what they’re doing,” said Tim Walsh, president of Confluence. “They have more than 30 years in the business managing multifamily properties and have a great resume handling lease ups. The $36 million development in Steel Ranch will open to residents in August with amenities such as a large outdoor firepit and gathering area, a washing station for dogs, a Velo station for bicycle cleaning and maintenance, a gourmet-style kitchen, yoga studio, fitness center and year-round lap pool. “Local interest in North Main is unbelievable,” said Lyons. “We have received unsolicited deposits just to be on the wait list. Clearly, this is a much-needed property in Louisville.” Confluence and Lynd have also reached agreement on two planned apartment communities, West Eighth Apartments in Golden and Van Gordon in Lakewood. Construction begins this month on the 99 units at West Eighth and in 2014 on the 251 units at Van Gordon. Confluence Cos. is a developer, turn-key design-builder and project management consulting firm based on Golden, Colo. In addition to building apartment communities and urban multifamily projects, it oversaw the construction of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Denver and a building on the Denver School of Science and Technology Campus. Currently, the company is constructing more than 700 apartment units in the Denver metro area. Lynd opened an office in Denver more than a year ago and currently manages several multifamily units in Denver, Aurora and Castle Rock.
