DALLAS-Matthew Smith has joined ML Realty Partners LLC, as director. He will oversee the leasing and acquisition efforts for ML Realty Partners in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
Smith spent twelve years working for an industrial brokerage firms as well as an industrial landlord in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
“We are excited to have Matt lead the Dallas/Fort Worth market team for ML Realty Partners,” said Michael Luecht, president and CEO. “His experience and passion for our industry will play a key role in furthering the growth of our firm.”
Smith holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. He currently resides in Dallas.
