Duro-Last Opens 89,000-SF US Central Distribution Hub

CARROLLTON, TX-The prefab roofing systems distributor ends up at Frankford Distribution Center I after a state-wide search for an industrial property with a 56-foot spacing requirement.

CARROLLTON, TX-Duro-Last Inc. of Michigan has signed a long-term lease to open shop at the 153,200-square-foot Frankford Distribution Center. The company, which is the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, took down 89,430 square feet, effectively leasing up the entire distribution center.

According to a release issued by tenant rep company Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, Duro-Last was very specific when it came to its industrial property, requiring a 56-foot column spacing requirement. Since fall 2012, the company had been searching, on its own, to find suitable space in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and parts of West Texas.
