SEATTLE-Hendricks-Berkadia has brokered the sale of three land parcels on Boren Avenue North to a Charleston, SC, developer who plans to build an apartment community.

The buyer was Greystar Real Estate Partners of Charleston, SC. Greystar plans a Class A, 282-unit apartment community across the street from Amazon.com's headquarters. The seller of the parcel at 418 Boren Avenue North was Lake Union Investors, LLC. The seller of the 424 Boren Avenue North parcel was Vulcan Real Estate. The seller of the parcel at 400 Boren Avenue North was 400 Boren, LLC. All are based here.

The transactions were negotiated by Marty Leith and Kenny Dudunakis of the Seattle office of Hendricks-Berkadia.
