NEW YORK CITY-CBRE announced Friday that it has represented Mediaocean LLC, an Internet advertising technology company, in securing a 88,387-square-foot office space at 620 Ave. of the Americas, between 18th and 19th streets. Mediaocean will move just down the street from its current New York headquarters at 115 W. 18th St., between 6th and 7th avenues.
The company will occupy a portion of the 6th floor for a term of 14 years at an asking rent in the low $60s. CBRE's team was lead by Sacha Zarba, EVP and Freddie Fackelmayer, senior associate, with support from Ben Friedland, EVP, Gregory Tosko, vice chairman and Greg Maurer-Hollaender, senior associate. CBRE declined to comment on the deal.
For the landlord, RXR Realty, Bill Elder was the in-house representative.
