Enterprise Takes Down 27,000 SF at Airport Corporate Center

IRVING, TX-The company, which operates multiple rent-a-car companies, takes the office space near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport for administrative operations. Corporate growth prompted the agreement with landlord Atlas CP.

IRVING, TX-The need to expand prompted Enterprise Holdings to take down 27,232 square feet of office space at Airport Corporate Center through a long-term lease. The new office facility will mean a relocation of 100 employees to a centralized spot, where they can work with the Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Alamo Rent-a-Car and National Car Rental companies that operate under the Enterprise Holdings umbrella.

Airport Corporate Center is at 4201 N. SH 161, very close to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. According to Cribb Altman, director in the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. who represented Enterprise Holdings, the airport proximity was a huge selling point for the tenant.
