• Mentor Properties Inc. has purchased the Aztec Apartments, a 12-unit multifamily property located at 3611 North 5th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona, for $660,000. The seller was Patrick and Rebecca Prendiville. Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE's Multi-Housing Private Capital Group in Phoenix represented both the buyer and the seller in negotiating the transaction.

• Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona bought a freestanding building at 4330 E. Broadway Blvd. for its new regional headquarters.
