Partner Engineering Opens in Columbus

COLUMBUS—Partner Engineering and Science Inc. was only incorporated in 2007, but the California-based environmental and engineering consulting firm has just opened its 24^th office nationwide, this time in Columbus. The outlook for the company appears rosy, with national demand for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, one of the main services they provide, increasing by 25% in the first quarter of this year when compared to the same period in 2012. The Ohio expansion joins recent inroads the firm has recently made into New Jersey and New England, reported last week in GlobeSt.com. Telecommunications industry veteran Daniel Entler will start the new Ohio office with the title of national client manager.

Entler specializes in the development, maintenance and construction of telecommunication networks. His background includes both civil and construction management of cellular networks, radio towers, earth-ground systems, microwave installs, and network administration. In addition, he has worked closely with large, national telecom contractors such as General Dynamics, Black & Veatch, Nexius, and EdgeConnex.
