HOUSTON-Hines has promoted Chad Engle and Thomas Bradford to the positions of vice president-corporate engineering and vice president-corporate operations, respectively. Both men, who joined the company in the early 1990s, will operate out of Hines' headquarters at Williams Tower.

Engle began his Hines career in 1994 as an engineer at the Houston Galleria. In 2007, he was promoted to engineering manager at 717 Texas, where he took on the management of the Southwest Region's LEED® Existing Building (EB) Certification program. Under his leadership, 13 buildings representing more than 12 million square feet entered the US Green Building Council's LEED EB Certification program.

In 2008, Engle was promoted to senior manager with Hines' corporate engineering team, and is currently responsible for conducting engineering assessments of the firm's projects and providing support to properties on operations engineering matters.

Bradford joined Hines in 1993 as a property accountant in the firm's Atlanta office. In 1994, he transitioned into property management and served as property manager for Ravinia, Securities Center and Northcreek. In 2005, he relocated to Houston and joined Hines' corporate operations team at the firm's headquarters.

As senior manager, he conducted operational property assessments worldwide. In 2010, he was promoted to Director of Corporate Operations. Currently, Bradford serves as a liaison with property personnel and information technology to expand and improve the IT platform, while providing support and training to end-users. Bradford also works on the development of new systems and resources to benefit the firm and its managed properties.
