PEORIA AZ-Locally based Plaza Cos. has been tapped to handle leasing and brokerage services for a 795,000-square-foot medical office portfolio based in Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale. Scottsdale Healthcare owns a large portion of the 15-building portfolio (which will be overseen by Plaza's Michael Morton), with the majority of the MOBs located near or on hospital campuses. According to a release from Plaza Cos., Megan Sherwood and Perry Gabuzzini will oversee leasing activities for the other medical properties in Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa and Scottsdale.
