MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate has won another exclusive leasing assignment, the fifth in just six months. Blanca is now representing the landlords of the newly-built office building that serves as International Finance Bank’s (IFB) corporate headquarters in Miami. The building is currently 45% occupied.

Located at 777 SW 37th Avenue in the City of Miami, at the entrance to Coral Gables, the 51,600-square-foot class A office building is LEED Gold certified. About 25,500 square feet of office space is available for lease within the building, including 11,500 square feet of contiguous space on the sixth floor and 14,000 square feet on the fifth floor. A 2,628 square foot retail space fronting Douglas Road is located on the ground floor.
