Affirmed Housing Celebrates Opening of Solterra

SAN DIEGO-Electric flex car offers Solterra residents a chance to live car-free.

EL CAJON, CA-Affirmed Housing Group plans to host a grand opening celebration today for Solterra, an affordable and sustainable residential development for seniors. 

A housing community for persons 55 and over, Solterra offers 49 homes including 46, 1-bedroom and 3, 2-bedroom homes.  Located at 131 and 155 Chambers Street, Solterra’s community amenities include on-site management, a computer lounge, gated and covered parking, and a community room.  As a mixed-use development, Solterra also boasts street-level commercial space with storefronts facing Chambers Street and Linda Way.
