HOUSTON, TX-Paula Bruns has joined Colvill Office Properties as director of leasing. She is responsible for leasing and marketing 5.1 million square feet of class A office properties in the Houston area. With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Bruns was director of leasing with Hines. She has completed three million square feet of lease transactions in her career.
A native of Yoakum, TX, Bruns earned a Bachelor of Science degree in merchandising from Texas State University.
Colvill Office Properties specializes in landlord representation of office buildings and currently directs leasing and marketing of 18 million square feet of class A office space in Houston and Dallas.
