MIAMI—Restoration Hardware just inked a 101,105-square-foot lease at the Pompano Beach Distribution Center. The newly-constructed property is in the emerging industrial area east of Interstate 95.

Cushman & Wakefield executive director of Industrial Brokerage for South Florida, Rick Etner, along with partners, Christopher Metzger, Sky Groden, and Christopher Thomson, represented the landlord. Weeks Robinson Properties, an Atlanta-based real estate investment and development company, along with their local development partner Jeremy Shapiro of Miami-based Mainstream Investment Realty, Inc, developed the industrial property.

Restoration Hardware is a signature brand in the home furnishings marketplace offering furniture, lighting, textiles, bath ware, décor, outdoor and garden, as well as baby and child products. The luxury brand operates 74 galleries and 13 outlets, while Source Books and websites serve as virtual extensions and compelling tours of the brand.
