HOUSTON- BBVA Compass Bank has taken down 40,741 square feet at Northbelt Atrium II in the north Houston office submarket. The building is at 15355 Vantage Pkwy.
Ron McWherter, Matt Dickson and Jeff Pittman of CBRE represented BBVA in the lease transaction and Michelle Wogan, Dani Allison and Evelyn Ward of Transwestern represented the building's landlord, Hartman Income REIT Management LLC.

- Coppermark Bank (recently acquired by Prosperity Bank), sold 6 acres at Watters Road and McDermott Drive. Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Tom Grunnah and Kyle Ward represented the seller. Buyer Amin Bata was represented by Preston Whisenant of Whisenant Properties Inc.
Bedford
- A 3,200-square-foot professional office building at 2217 Martin Dr. was purchased by an owner/user. Russ Webb and LeAnn Brown with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the seller, JPC Realty Ltd. Jim Leatherwood with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the buyer, AAA Enterprises LLC.
Colleyville
- A 1,112-square-foot professional office condo at 4012 Gateway Dr. was acquired by an investor and simultaneously leased to a general engineering contractor firm specializing in earthwork, grading, excavation, demolition and infrastructure. LeAnn Brown with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented seller Stand Firm World Ministries LLC in the transaction.
Corpus Christi
- A private investor sold a 47,395-square-foot free-standing property leased to Gold's Gym at 6643 S. Staples St. Jamie Weaver from Baker Katz facilitated the transaction between the seller and the buyer, an institutional investor.

- Two tenants signed and have moved into an office building at 2015 East Lamar Blvd., bringing it to 100% occupancy. Atlas Pediatric Therapy Consultants occupies 2,245 square feet and Twinber Home Health and Hospice has taken down 2,153 square feet space. Beaux Riley with SCM Real Estate Services represented the landlord in both transactions.
Bedford
- Sweet and Sassy Franchising LLC has leased 1,100 square feet at 62 Main Street. LeAnn Brown with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the landlord.
Dallas
- Boxer Property is pleased to announce that it has concluded renewal and expansion negotiations with Inflammable Inc. on its 7,597-square-foot office at 2300 Valley View Lane. The tenant expanded into an additional 8,409 square feet of space, bringing the total occupancy to more than 16,000 square feet. Allison Fannin and Gloria Medlock negotiated the lease in-house on behalf of Boxer Property.
Flower Mound
- Charlie Brown Sound leased 2,446 square feet at 1681 Farm-to-Market 407. Russ Webb with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the landlord.
Houston
- Blackstone Insurance Services, LLC leased 4,211 square feet at the Hollister & Hillmont building at 5300 Hollister Road, Houston, Texas. Terri Torregrossa of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Genoso Holdings, Ltd. Trey Martin with NAI Houston represented the tenant in negotiations.
- Lone Star Group leased 12,803 square feet at 12941 North Freeway. Rami Alablli of Keller Williams represented Lone Star Group and Brian Hines negotiated the lease on behalf of landlord Boxer Property.
- United Aviation Services leased 3,543 square feet at 2000 West Loop South. Robert O. Cromwell II and Kevin Nolan of Moody Rambin represented the building owner SRI Nine 2000 WL LP. Temple Brown of Brown Office Realty represented the tenant in negotiations.
- Also at 2000 West Loop South, Medtrade Inc. leased 3,982 square feet. Cromwell and Nolan represented landlord SRI Nine 2000 WL LP. Howard W. "Chip" Horne, Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. represented the tenant in negotiations.

Dallas
- Matthew Wieser and Ramsey March have been named managing directors of Stream Realty Partners' Dallas office division. As managing directors, Wieser and March will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operations for the firm's office division. Wieser joined Stream Realty in 2012 as vice president of the firm's Dallas office division with more than 10 years of experience in leasing, tenant representation, and real estate investments. Most recently, he was managing director for Pillar Commercial where he led the team responsible for the marketing and leasing of the company's real estate portfolio. March came to Stream with more than eight years of real estate capital markets experience with DTZ/Rockwood Real Estate Advisors in New York. During his tenure as a senior producer at Rockwood, he was directly involved in more than $3 billion of property and note sale transactions across all major property types nationally.
Houston
- Abby Gustus has been promoted to the position of marketing manager for McCarthy Building Companies Inc.'s Houston office. In this role, she will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns to aid both the internal and external development of this leading builder. Gustus joined McCarthy as a marketing coordinator in the firm's St. Louis headquarters in 2007. In 2010 she transferred to Texas to help launch the firm's Houston office.
- Kurt Kistler has been promoted to vice president of Moody Rambin's office services division. Prior to his promotion, Kistler was a senior associate responsible for office leasing. He has more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, working in all disciplines including landlord representation, asset management and tenant representation.
