HOUSTON-Rosemont Realty LLC has hired Commercial Real Estate Women Houston chapter president Michele Ellis-Felder as its managing director, leasing for the Houston office. Additionally, long-time Rosemont Realty employee Carrie Powledge has been promoted to the position of director, leasing.

In their respective roles, Ellis-Felder and Powledge are responsible for the Santa Fe-headquartered company's Houston assets, which include 2.3 million square feet of Class A and Class B commercial real estate.

“The addition of Michele to our team and increasing Carrie's responsibilities gives Rosemont the opportunity to meet our leasing and customer service goals in the Houston market,” says Helen Rivero, Rosemont Realty's regional principal for Texas and Oklahoma. “Michele has a long history of success in the local market and can lead our effort to support our in-house leasing program.”

Ellis-Felder has more than 25-plus years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as a senior vice president with Transwestern. Prior to joining Transwestern, Ellis-Felder worked for CMD Realty Investors and Cushman & Wakefield, all in Houston.

Powledge is a 17-year commercial real estate veteran. For 13 of those years, she has been with Rosemont Realty, serving in a variety of positions.
