AVONDALE, AZ-iStar Financial, represented by Cassidy Turley, has inked six leases at its 590,553-square-foot Avondale Commerce Center. The owner of the 13-building industrial property on El Mirage Road signed lease expansions for the first phase and structured four new deals in the second phase.
Lease expansions in the 315,160-square-foot phase I were:
- OmniSolv Inc.
- Amware Fulfillment of AZ LLC
New tenants in the 275,393-square-foot phase II were:
- ServPro of Litchfield
- Miner Southwest LLC
- Hawk Fitness LLC
- Joel Grimes Photography.
Cassidy Turley's Gary Anderson, Justin LeMaster, Paul Boyle and Rick Danis represented iStar Financial, in all six lease transactions.
