PHOENIX-The United States General Services Administration (GSA) has been awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for New Construction (LEED-NC) Gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) – the ultimate standard for green building design.

Ryan Companies US, Inc., designed and built the building completed in February 2012. The 225,000-square-foot facility sits on 12.2 acres at 21711 N. 7th St. in Phoenix.
