EDISON, NJ-Bussel Realty Corp. has brought the Glendale Business Park here to 100% occupancy, with recent leasing of more than 30,000 square feet. Earl Lapides of BRC completed eight deals at the park, where he has represented ownership for a decade.
“Glendale Business Park is attracting tenants from various industries,” he said. “Tenants have great flexibility, with several leasing small 1,500-square-foot 'incubator' spaces that are expandable,” he said.
The park also offers 3,000-square-foot units with drive-in and loading dock, which Lapides said is “virtually impossible to find” in that size range.
Glendale's largest tenant, PharmScript, occupies 12,000 square feet. Other tenants at the park off Route 1 and close to the New Jersey Turnpike and I-28, include a blood lab, sign shop, boat propeller shop, solar company and pharmaceutical company. The park is near Route 1 and is between Exit 9 and 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and I-287.
