Cassidy Turley To Lease Up UBS Tower

NEW YORK CITY-The large Midtown office tower, which sits adjacent to Rockefeller Center, has a solid tenant roster of media, entertainment and financial firms.

NEW YORK CITY-Cassidy Turley announced Monday it has won the exclusive leasing, property management and project management assignment for 135 West 50th St., an 862,000-square-foot building owned by an investor account advised by UBS Global Asset Management. The property, adjacent to Rockefeller Center, is located between Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue.

Led by Craig Evans, senior managing director, the 135 West 50th St. leasing team is comprised of David Hoffman, Jr., executive managing director and principal; Whitnee Williams, associate vice president; and Theodora Livadiotis, associate vice president. Jack Terranova, SVP and principal, will lead property management while Joseph Yacovone, senior managing director, will provide project management services.
