HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ-Bertone Piccini, a boutique law firm, has leased 11,850 square feet at Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights.

The property at 777 Terrace Avenue is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. The transaction was negotiated by MRH Real Estate Services. Robert Norton of CBRE represented the tenant.

The law firm had been subleasing office space in the building at the intersection of Routes 17 and 80. With the lease, it increased its occupancy by 5,900 square feet, according to Frank C. Pratt of Alfred Sanzari.

“Stable property ownership and management, along with recent property upgrades – including new elevators and new rooftop HVAC units – were among the added advantages to this tenant,” said Pratt.

Bertone Piccini LLP serves corporate and high net-worth clients in various industries and sectors across a variety of practice areas: business transactions, commercial litigation, health care, commercial real estate, labor and employment, and private wealth services, among others.

The firm, led by managing partner Grace C. Bertone, is certified by the state of New Jersey as a Women Owned Business Enterprise and by the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms.

“Our expanded office space has created a flexible and more professional environment conducive to providing first-rate legal services to our clients and also gives us some room for growth,” said Bertone.

Heights Plaza has 200,000 square feet of space on six floors. The building is located 10 minutes from the George Washington Bridge, adjacent to the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands hotel and within two miles of Teterboro Airport. It has covered parking, an on-site cafeteria and Manhattan skyline views.

“This long-term commitment from Bertone Piccini LLP reinforces Heights Plaza's status as a premier office environment representing one of the best values in the central Bergen County market,” Jerry L. Barta in an Alfred Sanzari press release.

Sanzari is headquartered in Hackensack.
