AUSTIN, TX-Trammell Crow Company says Bryan Embrey has been appointed vice president of development management with the firm's Austin business unit. Embrey will oversee the development and construction of real estate projects, including managing estimating, pre-construction services and construction management on the Block 1 Residential Tower at the Green Water Redevelopment.

Embrey previously served as the operations director for Balfour Beatty Construction in Austin. During his 17-year tenure with the company, he managed construction work for a variety of product types including The Austonian, a $174 million high-rise luxury condominium project, The Waters Condominiums in Horseshoe Bay, a $27 million project, Element Condominiums in San Diego, CA, a $15 million mid-rise condominium project, and Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino in Mescalero, NM, a $160 million casino/hotel/entertainment complex/restaurant/spa and fitness center.
