ComPsych Expands NBC Tower Lease

CHICAGO—The 128K SF deal was the third-largest in the CBD so far this year.

CHICAGO—The ComPsych Corporation has decided to renew and expand their US headquarters lease for the NBC Tower at 454 North Columbus Drive, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented ownership in the negotiations. ComPsych had occupied 104,910-square-feet on floors 10 through 13 and will now take over the 14th floor as well, occupying a total of 128,381-square-feet. JLL officials say this was the third-largest lease completed in the city’s CBD this year.

Melissa Rubenstein and Gary Kostecki of JLL handled negotiations for the building’s owner, Metropolis Investment Holdings, Inc., while Todd Lippman and James Whalen from CBRE represented ComPsych.
