Crescent Heights Begins Leasing Activities for NEMA Complex

SAN FRANCISCO-Crescent Heights has opened a leasing office for NEMA, a full-service rental community currently under construction at 10th and Market streets in the heart of San Francisco’s growing Mid-Market neighborhood.

NEMA is designed explicitly for San Franciscans–its entire architectural makeup and extensive host of amenities reflect its neighborhood and the inimitable style of Northern California. Designed by Glenn Rescalvo, partner of Handel Architects, NEMA’s four linked structures include two high-rise towers and two mid-rise buildings.  The 24-story South Tower and 11-story South Mid-rise will introduce the project’s first studios and one-bedroom apartments in fall 2013. Collectively, the buildings comprise 754 units that range in size from 463 square feet to 1,482 square feet, merging world-class architecture and sleek interiors with state-of-the-art technology and exceptional amenities.
