 The ZipQuote Estimate Page allows sellers to compare their home’s value using four home value tools, providing sellers with a starting point for pricing their home. Among the home value tools is ResPrice.com, an AVM (automated valuation tool) available exclusively on ZipRealty.com. ResPrice.com uses historical sales, price trends and home characteristics to estimate the current value of a property, according to Jamie Wilson, SVP of technology.
