MORRISTOWN, NJ-Cassidy Turley negotiated the lease of a 21,681-square-foot at 44 Whippany Road here with the law firm Edwards Wildman, which will relocate from Giralda Farms in Madison. The firm was seeking a modern, open floor plan in order to reduce its space, brokers said.
Edwards Wildman has offices throughout the U.S., United Kingdom and Asia. It is expected to move into the RXR property in the fall.
CT's team of Raymond Trevisan, Chuck O'Connor, William O'Keefe and Alison Cavanaugh represented the firm, while RXR was represented in-house.
The law firm currently occupies 31,491 square feet at 1 Giralda Farms. Its new lease in Morristown provides opportunity for later expansion.
“The new space at 44 Whippany Road was appealing to Edwards Wildman because of its convenient location, attractive rental rates, and numerous building amenities,” said Trevisan.
