CLEAR LAKE, TX-A little more than a year after being introduced to the market, the so-called "Gemini Portfolio," consisting of two offce buildings and one flex building, has sold. Houston-based Northden Holdings LLC bought the facilities from seller CEF Funding LLC.
The 1980s portfolio totals 130,000 square feet and is located at 16840-16850 Buccaneer Lane and 1045 Gemini St., near NASA and the Johnson Space Center. According to the Harris Central Appraisal District, the asset in the far southeast submarket were appraised at a combined $4.8 million.
Rob Chandler of Moody Rambin represented the seller in the transaction. Representatives involved with the transaction did not return phone calls by deadline.
