RIDGEWOOD, NJ– NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a doctor's lease of space for a new office at a building near Valley Hospital here.
Dr. Jacob Reinkraut will establish a 3,100-square-foot office at 400 Route 17. NAI Hanson's Anthony J. Cassano and Dominic Fittizzi represented both the tenant and the landlord, C&G LLC.
The space is outfitted with seven exam rooms, four consult rooms, a large reception area, a waiting room and an Americans with Disabilities Act-approved bathroom.
“Besides the convenient location close to Valley Hospital, the tenant appreciated the plug-and-play space that is ideally suited for medical uses,” Cassano said. “The building is easy to find with plenty of parking.”
Built in 1973 and renovated in 1981, the office/medical building has a total of 9,250 square feet. It is managed on-site and has 30 parking spaces, which can accessed from both Franklin Turnpike and Route 17 South. There is signage, which Dr. Rheinkraut said “enables our expanding practice to occupy a more prominent position.”
