PUYALLUP, WA-International Airport Centers (IAC) has just completed its acquisition of around 34 acres here for its two-building, 652,929 square-foot warehouse distribution center called IAC Port 167. The state-of-the-art, speculative industrial development is expected to be delivered in February of 2014.

The development will feature two buildings; a 398,753 SF double-loaded building with 93 dock-high doors and 30' clear height, which is becoming the ideal height for distribution users. The second building will be 254,176 SF, also double-loaded with 68 dock-high doors, and 30' clear height. The site will also provide parking for 97 trailers. The main entrance to the park will feature a stoplight on Valley Avenue Northwest.

“The project sits just five miles from the Port of Tacoma and should garner strong attention from distribution users who need close proximity to the port and easy access to Interstate 5 and SR 167,” said John Sullivan of CBRE. Sullivan, John Gilliland, Brett Hartzell and Taylor Odegard will be representing IAC in the marketing of the project. “The southend industrial market has been growing rapidly over the last year and we feel IAC Port 167 will be one of the best sites to deliver in this development cycle.” added Sullivan.
