CHANNELVIEW, TX-CBRE's National Retail Investment Group has arranged the sale of Sheldon Forest Shopping Center in Channelview, on behalf of Weingarten Realty Investors.

Sheldon Forest Shopping Center I & II is located at 450 Sheldon Road,. The 97,380-square-foot center is anchored by Gerland's Food Fair and also includes major tenants Family Dollar and Burke's Outlet. Both phases of the center are 100% occupied. Capcor Partners purchased the asset for an undisclosed price.

CBRE SVP Chris Cozby; VP Chris Gerard; and VP Kevin Holland represented the seller. First vice president Jeff Stein, with CBRE Houston, arranged the financing for Sheldon Forest Shopping Center.
