NEW YORK CITY-L&L Holding Company LLC announced it has brought on three VPs of development. The trio of executives—Scott Lakow, Jonathan Ninnis and Jeffrey Davis—are all charged with repositioning and enhancing several of the company's assets.

“Given the exciting projects we are undertaking at 425 Park Ave., 380 Madison Ave. and beyond, we're delighted that Scott, Jonathan and Jeff have joined our company,” says EVP William Potts, to whom the new executives all report. “All three of our new vice presidents have the business acumen and track record to maximize asset value while creating bold solutions for the future of New York City's office market.”

Ninnis, who most recently served as senior project manager at VVA Project Managers and Consultants, will manage several of L&L's new initiatives, including the repositioning of 222 Broadway and the retail redevelopment of 195 Broadway. Before joining L&L, Ninnis completed projects across the real estate spectrum, including ground-up, commercial and corporate interiors, education, healthcare, hospitality and cultural. He started his career at Cushman & Wakefield.

Lakow, who previously served as project executive for Atlantic Development Group, will work to reposition 114 Fifth Ave. Prior to L&L, he managed and directed several revitalization, retail, corporate interiors, and both residential and commercial ground-up projects throughout the metropolitan New York area, including the Georgica at 305 E. 85th St.; Bruckner Village; and the Goldman Sachs Tower at 30 Hudson St. in Jersey City.

Davis has managed over $4 billion worth of large-scale projects internationally and domestically. Before coming to L&L, he served as director of project management for Gardiner & Theobald, Inc., where he completed core and shell development projects for several Manhattan buildings, including 100 Park Ave., 1095 Ave. of the Americas and 1211 Ave. of the Americas. Davis is leading the redevelopment of 380 Madison Ave.

Chairman and CEO David Levinson was unavailable for comment on the hires and their potential impact at press time.
