HOUSTON-Locally based Boxer Property has hired the following:

  • Caroline Allison joins the acquisitions team and will focus on adding hotels and resorts to Boxer's portfolio. Allison comes from extensive asset acquisitions background with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Edgar Villanueva is the company's new design assistant will work closely with Rogelio Rendon to bring innovative designs to the interior and exterior of our buildings. Villanueva is currently pursuing a second bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Mike Luster comes on board as Boxer's training manager. Luster is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and has more than a decade of training experience for companies including the Houston Rockets, Toyota Center and Houston Metro. At Boxer, he will develop and curate training programs around the company's leasing and best practices initiatives.

Mesa

  • Sunridge Manor LLC of Bellevue, WA acquired the 45-unit Sunridge Manor at 1107 East University Dr. for $1.7 million. Brian Tranetzki and Rich Butler with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller, a private real estate investor out of Northern Arizona.

Tempe

  • West Fairmont Investments LLC acquired 819 W. Fairmont Dr., a 27,810-square-foot industrial building for $900,000. Rich Sica of DAUM Commercial represented the buyer. Dan Casey of Rein & Grossoehme represented the seller, Raymond Monaghan Living Trust.

Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the following.

  • The Nichols Family awarded the leasing and listing of 4.5 acres with a 17,229-square-foot warehouse building located on site. The property is located at 5300 SE Loop 410 in the Northeast submarket of San Antonio and includes one 15-ton crane and three two-ton cranes. Jason Schnittger of Stream Realty Partners will work as leasing agent for the property.
  • Hydro Ex San Antonio Real Estate LLC awarded the listing of 2.31 acres a platted warehouse site at 10850 US 181.  Ryan Harrison and Michael Kent of Stream Realty Partners will work as listing agents for the property.

ARIZONA

Tucson

  • Sunset Vista Investors LLC obtained $1.8 million in refinancing for the 104-unit Sunset Vista Apartments at 5909 E. Golf Links Rd. John Kinser and Luke Donahue of NorthMarq's Phoenix regional office arranged the first mortgage refinancing through a Fannie Mae lender.  Financing was based on 10-year term and a 30-year amortization period.

TEXAS

Dallas

  • Doug Wilder and Bob Robbins will join KM Realty in its Dallas office. They'll be responsible for the leasing of both in-house and third party shopping centers, as well as tenant representation, land and retail brokerage. Wilder and Robbins join the Houston-headquartered company from Global Fund Investments.
  • Kimberly B. Burke joins Skanska USA as senior director of business development for its Dallas office. Burke will be responsible for securing new business opportunities in the North Texas region. She has had similar positions, most recently at HOK as a vice president and director of business development for a five-state region. She received a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in public relations from the University of North Texas and completed the graduate marketing certificate program at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
