SPARKS, NV-Schnabel Ventures, in partnership with Blackfire Real Estate Investors, has acquired Truckee Meadows Business Park, an 11-building, 115,496 square foot industrial park located in Sparks. Significant improvements are planned for the project as part of a proactive business model developed to create one of the premier business parks in Nevada.
Individual buildings in the park will be available for purchase and lease. Dan Buhrmann with CBRE in Reno, and Chris Shanks with NAI in Reno, assisted with the transaction.
Schnabel Ventures is a Reno-based real estate venture company founded by Michael Schnabel. Previously, Schnabel was the owner of the Reno/Tahoe CB Richard Ellis office. Schnabel Ventures partners with entrepreneurs to launch real estate companies that specialize in unique and distinct niches in the market. Its first venture partner companies are Blackfire Real Estate Investors, a partnership with Tilio Lagatta focused on value-added acquisitions, and Development Arts, a partnership with David Loring focused on industrial development.
