SAN DIEGO-Cassidy Turley has expanded its project and construction management services platform in San Diego County with the acquisition of San Diego Project Management Services, a highly-respected commercial real estate project management firm led by industry veteran Ron Sutliff.
Sutliff, along with project manager Suzanne Hoffman, will work out of the Cassidy Turley La Jolla office and play an integral role in providing clients with construction management services for new site development, build-to-suits and tenant improvement projects.
“San Diego Project Management Services has a track record that includes $1 billion in construction projects totaling more than 15 million square feet,” said Gary Helminski, executive managing director and principal of Cassidy Turley's Project and Development Services Group. “Ron and Suzanne's years of experience in the regional market will bring exceptional value to our clients in the planning, design and construction of new commercial building projects as well as tenant improvements. Their understanding of the role facility design plays in supporting a company's business strategy will be invaluable as Cassidy Turley grows its construction services platform throughout Southern California."

According to Sutliff, “Joining Cassidy Turley gives us broader resources and reach to companies and organizations that want and expect a high level of construction management expertise and oversight. Cassidy Turley and San Diego Project Management Services share similar corporate cultures that emphasize vision, creativity and that focus on adding value to the client through every step of the development and construction process. We are very pleased to be part of the Cassidy Turley team.”

Sutliff has more than 35 years of experience in the industry with a focus on corporate, governmental, industrial, manufacturing, biomedical and healthcare facilities. He has been responsible for some of San Diego County's most notable projects including a 430,000-square-foot LEED Gold certified corporate campus for Intuit; 320,000-square-foot campus for Motorola (General Instruments); and numerous health care facilities and hospitals.
