IRVINE, CA-Advanced Real Estate Services Inc. (ARES) has moved its headquarters from Lake Forest to Irvine along with its affiliated construction company R3 Construction Inc. ARES's has leased 31,111 square feet from the Irvine Co. at 15320 Barranca Pkwy., across the street from the Irvine Train Station.

Advanced Real Estate Services is a vertically integrated investment company focusing on value-add multi-family real estate in Southern California. The firm has holdings of over 6,000 apartment units primarily in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Advanced Management (AMC) counts approximately 300 employees with R3 Construction Inc. employing another 150 for a total of over 450 employees companywide.
