MOUNT LAUREL, NJ-Somerset Properties has engaged Wolf Commercial Real Estate as the exclusive leasing agent for its southern New Jersey office portfolio.

Somerset owns 307,000 square feet of Class office property in Mount Laurel and Marlton, which are both in Burlington County. The leasing team of Jason Wolf, Leor Hemo and Christina Del Duca will be overseeing the assignment.

Vacant spaces range from 1,746-7,122 square feet, with immediate availability; asking price: $11.50 per square foot.

• 2000 Crawford Place, also in Mt. Laurel at the Horizon Corporate Center. The 74,000-square-foot flex building has suites available, ranging from 3,390-10,000 square feet. Greentree Square Shopping Center and the Moorestown Mall are close by. The asking lease price is $10 per square foot for office and $6 per square foot for warehouse space.
• 701A Route 73, South Marlton, a 94,521-square-foot, multi-tenanted office building in the Marlton Executive Park. The four-story building on Route 73 won Energy Star rating. It has on-site deli and is close to shopping centers, including The Promenade at Sagemore. Vacancies range from 3,688-5,937 square feet, with an asking lease price of $11 per square foot.
• 701 C Route 73 South, Marlton. The 27,813-square-foot, multi-tenanted office on Route 73 is a single-story building. It has one vacant space, comprising 2,784 square feet, with an asking lease price of $10 per square foot.
