McKINNEY, TX-SRP Medical and Frontier Management recently broke ground on a new assisted living and memory care community in McKinney. Plans call for an 84,000-square-foot facility, located in Stonebridge Ranch on Stonebridge Drive just south of Eldorado Parkway. It will offer 75 assisted-living and 32 memory-care residences.
“We're thrilled to add another senior living community to our expanding portfolio, especially in the north Texas area,” said Scott Wilson, an SRP principal and founding partner. “Our successful partnership with Frontier Management brings the highest quality senior care to the communities we serve. The location in Stonebridge Ranch will allow us to create an exceptional residence for seniors in McKinney as well as the surrounding areas of Frisco, Allen and north Plano.”
The community will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes with granite countertops and walk in closets. The building will be rich in amenities including beautifully landscaped courtyards, a theater room, superb dining and numerous activity areas, all set in a distinguished, country club like setting.
