NEWPORT BEACH, CA-CBRE has arranged two new office leases totaling approximately 37,500 sq. ft. at Bayview Corporate Center located at 3501 Jamboree Rd. The tenants are a tech company and a law firm, according to CBRE's Jake Stickel, Carol Trapani and Jeff Morgan, who represented the landlord, S.K. Hart, in the transactions.

In the larger of the transactions, Sleepy Giant, a gaming industry company, has leased approximately 22,000 sq. ft. and will occupy a full floor at the center. The company will relocate fromits current Fashion Island location at 4 San Joaquin Plaza.

In the second transaction, law firm Lee, Hong, Degerman, Kang & Waimey will relocate from its current location at 1920 Main in the Irvine Concourse into approximately 15,500 square feet at Bayview. The firm will locate on the top floor of the building, which was previously occupied by a law firm and is already built out to accommodate many of the tenant's requirements.

“Bayview Corporate Center continues to benefit from its Newport Beach address and multi-million dollar renovation that was completed last year, as evidenced by these deals,” said Stickel. “Bayview's ability to appeal to a wide variety of industries and draw tenants from all over the County – whether Irvine, Fashion Island or Newport Beach – speaks to the high quality of the property and its reputation as one of the area's premiere, Class A office buildings.”
