CBRE Arranges Two Leases at Bayview Corporate Center

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-The new office leases total 37,500 square feet.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-CBRE has arranged two new office leases totaling approximately 37,500  sq. ft. at Bayview Corporate Center located at 3501 Jamboree Rd. The tenants are a tech company and a law firm, according to CBRE’s Jake Stickel, Carol Trapani and Jeff Morgan, who represented the landlord, S.K. Hart, in the transactions.

In the larger of the transactions, Sleepy Giant, a gaming industry company, has leased approximately 22,000 sq. ft. and will occupy a full floor at the center.  The company will relocate fromits current Fashion Island location at 4 San Joaquin Plaza.
