CHERRY HILL, NJ-The Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing company leased a warehouse in the Cherry Hill Business Park, in a deal arranged by Colliers International, which represented the landlord.

Endurance Real Estate Group owns the 13,542-square-foot facility at 1940 Olney Avenue, formerly occupied by Flying Fish Brewery. Jamie Queli, CEO of Forgotten Boardwalk, said his company aims to carry on a fine tradition of brewing established by Flying Fish at the site. “They grew to be New Jersey's biggest micro-brewery in that spot and crafted some excellent beers in that very building.”

Forgotten Boardwalk plans to begin craft brewing of an array of beers early next year. Using a 30 barrel system, Forgotten Boardwalk plans to brew both classic ales and “push boundaries and expectations” with other styles of beer. The brews are “emblematic of the rich history and lost tales of the Jersey Shore,” according to the company.

It expects to produce 4,500 barrels in the first year.

Also, recently at the business park, Tasty Baking took space for its southern New Jersey distribution facility, Arizona-based Legacy Pharmacy leased a facility, Bestwork Industries for the Blind purchased a flex building and The Garr Group doubled its space.

The 2.5 million-square-foot park is close to Routes 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
