KINGMAN, AZ-Tractor Supply will be opening a new 25,898 square foot store at Frontier Crossing, located at the southeast corner of Interstate 40 and Stockton Hill Road in Kingman. The farm and ranch retailer will join 99 Cent Only and Sears Hometown as part of the tenant lineup for this newly redeveloped shopping center. The location will be Tractor Supply's third Arizona store. The first one is located in Globe and is opening by the end of July. The Kingman and Prescott Valley store openings are planned for later this year, with Kingman slated for the 4th quarter.

Tractor Supply is in nearly 1200 stores in 45 states across the United States. The stores typically locate in rural communities or in the outlying areas of larger cities. The company focuses their products to serve the needs of their customers' rural lifestyle. They carry everything that is needed to maintain farms, ranches, homes and animals. Each store team includes welders, farmers and horse owners who collectively provide an exceptional depth of knowledge and resources for their customers.

The Frontier Crossing property is being jointly developed by Accelerated Development Services and Wadsworth Development. The ownership group is finalizing the redevelopment of the store fronts, parking lot and landscaping. “Tractor Supply is going to be a great compliment to our shopping center. With the high level of interest from retailers, it's been very exciting to be able to finalize leases for the spaces in a relatively short amount of time,” said Dave Cheatham, president for Accelerated Development. “This type of store concept does not currently exist in Kingman or the surrounding towns; it should be a welcome addition for the area.”
