KATY, TX-CBRE's National Retail Investment Group brokered the sale of Highland Knolls Shopping Center to Denver-based Revesco Properties. The 87,469-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center is 94.6% occupied.
The center is anchored by a 62,389-square-foot Randall's, which has more than 11 years remaining on its lease term and has occupied the property since it was developed in 1999. Randall's represents 71% of the property's total gross leasable area for a 70/30 anchor-to-shop space ratio.
The property is located at 1525 South Mason Road, in Katy, within the affluent and high-growth residential area of Cinco Ranch.
