GRAND PRAIRIE, TX- APL Logistics Warehouse Management has signed a new lease for 209,070 square feet of space at Grand Lakes I, owned by Duke Realty Corp. With the agreement, the global logistics provider has taken a good chunk of Grand Lakes I's 587,355 square feet of immediately available space.
“Not only was this 209,070-square-foot lease a great fit for APL, but it also effectively 'squared up' the remaining 378,285 square feet of vacant space in the building," says Randy Wood, Duke Realty's vice president, leasing. "Since we have the ability to expand the building by an additional 282,507 square feet, Grand Lakes I can offer a prospective user 660,792 square feet of state-or-the-art, cross-docked, bulk warehouse space with great visibility and access to (Interstate) 30.”
Grand Lakes I is at 4003 Gifford St. Nathan Lawrence with CBRE represented APL Logistics in the transaction, while Wood represented Duke Realty in house.
