MIAMI—The Beacon Centre continues its 100% occupancy streak in the face of a renewal trend that spans 50,000 square feet of transactions. Pinto Transfer & Packaging Corp. just inked a new 25,000-square-foot long-term lease and Premium Flowers renewed its 25,000-square-foot lease at the class A business park.

With these transactions, Transwestern has brokered about 190,000 square feet of deals this year at Beacon Centre on behalf of owner RREEF. Transwestern's senior vice president Thomas Kresse, managing directors Ben Eisenberg and Walter Byrd, and associate Carlos Gaviria, completed the deal on behalf of the landlord. Easton and Associates' David Olalde and Alex Beacon represented the tenant in the Pinto deal.

“Our ability to maintain 100% occupancy is reflective of the strength in the market for tenants in the 10,000- to 50,000-square-foot range,' says Kresse. "It is also reflective of our long standing relationship with ownership and the collective initiatives put in place to maintain and market the property."
