DALLAS-Real Capital Analytics' "Big Picture" 1H 2013 market update saw Dallas and Houston taking spots 4 and 5 in commercial real estate sales volume in the top markets. During the first half of the year, the Dallas-Fort Worth area traded $4.2 billion worth of real estate, while the Houston region's sales volume stood at $3.9 billion. DFW's year-over-year change was 33%, while Houston's change was 32%.
The top three regions were Manhattan, Los Angeles and the Washington, DC region.
