Survey Finds School Boundaries Make a Big Impact on Home Buying Decisions

SAN JOSE, CA-Realtor.com Survey finds more than 44% of respondents throughout the country will even go over budget by up to 10% for homes in preferred school boundaries.

SAN JOSE, CA-Three out of five prospective home buyers say school boundaries will impact their home purchasing decision, according to a recent survey conducted by Realtor.com, operated by Move, Inc.

The firm recently announced the results of its Back to School survey that ran on realtor.com® from July 18-22 and analyzed how much impact school boundaries have on buyers looking to purchase a home within two years.
