Colliers just expanded its national Student Housing Group. The firm is making aggressive moves to beef up its services to offer more support to for the growing number of investors it sees looking for student housing deals.

Colliers promoted Sean Baird to full-time broker status alongside Dorothy Jackman and Travis Prince, co-managing directors of the Student Housing Group, based in Tampa Bay, FL. Victoria Marks has joined the organization as a financial analyst.
